On July 15, 2009, Judge Timothy Connors preliminarily approved a settlement between the parties, and a time line was established with deadlines for the plaintiffs to be notified of the settlement, and provide the steps to take for those who were injured to file a claim. It also set August 14, 2009 as the deadline for filing a claim. The claim must be on a claim form. Letters are not claim forms.  For more information on how to make a claim go to the page, “to make a claim”.
